Okay, that might be pushing it, but at least with this low carb snack you can enjoy bread and cheese and not feel guilty that your breaking your eating plan all to heck. However, they do have some fat to them so be careful not to over indulge.

Most people find cauliflower hard to eat but it’s one of my favorite vegetables. It’s crunchy and delicious but you can also boil it and put cheese it ( my kids love it this way).
