Cranberry Crazy

Snacks are the hardest thing for me to find. I love fruits and veggies but sometimes I want something else thrown in the mix too. I don’t usually want something unhealthy just something that can have little more zing to it.

I found this low carb recipe for Almond Cranberry trail mix and that’s pretty much the perfect blend of good with just a hint of bad. The prep time is nothing and after an hour of cooking you have a snack that lasts for days. Of course, if you omit the sugar coating there is no need for the baking and you really have a better all around mix!!! Enjoy šŸ˜‰

Dinner can be a hard one in our house. Finding something that is healthy, delicious and not overly fat filled can be a tall order when you need to feed yourself and kids.

Now if you do this recipe in the stove top or slow cooker is definitely not quick but still will be delicious but it does have an insta pot version for you families that need food fast. We have those days too!! I can’t wait to try this!!

Mug cakes are all the rage in our house right now. Holy Moly though if look at the calories and fat in them it’ll make your head spin!!!

So I was extremely excited when I found this recipe for Strawberry Mug Cakes. They are Paleo and Keto friendly and you can swap out the ingredients to make different kinds and they only take 2 & 1/2 to 3 minutes in the microwave!! My daughters will be eating healthier and never know the difference!!
