Most people find cauliflower hard to eat but it’s one of my favorite vegetables. It’s crunchy and delicious but you can also boil it and put cheese it ( my kids love it this way).
So imagine my happiness when I found this awesome recipe for roasted cauliflower!!! Not only does it have cheese and bacon but it’s low carb, YES!!!! It’s quick and easy. You can use it for a snack, lunch or dinner. Bring on the cauliflower!
Stir Fry is not my favorite go to for dinner but this next recipe might just change my mind. Orange 🍊 Chicken stir fry!!!! Talk about a delicious combination. Fair warning all this deliciousness is not low carb but oh man it’ll be good!!!

Soups are a mainstay at this time of year and if you’re not careful you fall victim to high calorie, fattening soups. They taste great but, oh man, not worth the risk!!!! So in my scouring I stumbled over this wonderful gem. It’s a low carb Veggie soup!!! Now I know carbs can up in veggies too but the vegetables in this soup are not to bad and the calories are only 79 a serving!!! Whoa 😳 So feel free to add this to your fall line up!!!
